Director Pam Brabo has been a pre-school teacher for 28 years. She taught at the Cottage for 14 years before becoming the school's Director. Pam is an active participant in the California Council for Parent Participation Nursery Schools (CCPPNS) and helped to establish schedules and standards for the Marin County chapter. She has twice received the CCPPNS Teacher of the Year Award.
Pam attends yearly conferences sponsored by CCPPNS which include professional development training in the areas of curriculum development, music, social and emotional development, art, and board relations.
As a mother of three grown children she epitomizes the best in early childhood education; she is well trained, experienced and caring, and intimately involved with each child in her care. Pam is the mainstay of our program for children and parents alike.
